A poolside experience to cherish

The swim-out room was delightful—a refreshing dive right from my patio made every morning special. The staff were friendly and eager to assist, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

The poolside staff was extremely accommodating and friendly.

This resort suits me perfectly with great amenities like beach access, outdoor swimming pool, and children's play area. On my first stay, the staff helped me with my suitcases, making it memorable. I’ll definitely return for another trip!

The staff's friendliness truly stood out, especially during the cooking classes. Our family felt welcome and well-catered to throughout our stay.

For dads, it would be great if the room layouts had more family-friendly designs. It was a bit tricky managing everything with kids in a tight space.

The conference facilities were well-equipped and conducive for productivity. The food quality exceeded my expectations, with a diverse range of options available during meals. Furthermore, the grounds were impeccably maintained, providing a pleasant atmosphere for after-work relaxation.

Magical, Nice, Marvelous

I just had the most magical stay in a Luxury Junior Suite Ocean View! Watching the sunset from my balcony while sipping a cocktail was lovely. The service was excellent, especially from my butler Ricardo, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect! 🌅

The Luxury Junior Suite Ocean View Diamond Club offered a stunning view of the ocean, with modern amenities that made for a comfortable stay. The beach access was a highlight, providing a relaxing spot to soak up the sun and enjoy the calm Caribbean waters.

Upon arrival, the room situation was less than ideal, with an unrelated single king bed instead of the expected doubles and an empty fridge. Dining was a bit underwhelming. several restaurants were closed, meals lacked variety, and the jerk hut had limited food availability, making excursions outside the resort necessary for better options. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room was inconsistent, and there were repeated power outages during the night, which disrupted the overall comfort.

If you’re hunting for some killer breakfast, dive into the eggs Benedict—it’s a game changer! The beach access was smooth sailing, and the staff in the buffet area were absolute gems, always ready to serve with a smile. Kudos to the clean pools that felt like a slice of paradise.

The breakfast choices were a bit blah, lacking that punch of local flavors that Falmouth is known for. Room service was efficient but needed a sprinkle of warmth in customer service.
